Registered Nurse | Dialysis (PRN)Gateway Regional Medical Center - Granite City, ILPRN | 2 Days/Week | $32.00-$48.00/hrSpecialized nursing care, with the flexibility of a 2-day schedule.Gateway Regional Medical Center is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team. You'll provide quality hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis care to adult and aging adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings - building strong patient relationships through a specialty that combines technical skill with consistent, hands-on care.This is a great fit for an experienced dialysis nurse looking for a flexible schedule, or a nurse who's ready to specialize - we provide training for those without prior dialysis experience.What You'll DoDeliver quality nursing care to patients requiring hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysisSupport both inpatient and outpatient dialysis servicesFollow established regulatory standards to ensure safe, effective careCollaborate closely with the dialysis team, stepping in to assist others as neededWhat You BringGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent Illinois RN licenseCurrent BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)One year of dialysis nursing experience preferred, but training is provided for those new to dialysisStrong team mindset and willingness to support colleaguesWhy Gateway RegionalCompetitive pay: $32.00-$48.00/hr, based on experience and qualificationsPerformance -based incentivesEmployer-matched retirement savings planA supportive, inclusive work environmentWe're a community hospital with a mission that goes beyond the job description: compassionate, personalized care, delivered by people who genuinely want to be here.
