A highly regarded Chicago law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with approximately 6–8 years of experience to join its nationally recognized real estate practice.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions across the country, representing institutional owners, developers, investors, lenders, REITs, and other prominent market participants. The practice spans acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, debt and equity financings, commercial leasing, and complex real estate structuring matters.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling commercial leasing transactions, including both landlord and tenant representation. Experience advising institutional owners, managers, and users across the office, industrial, and retail sectors is highly valued. A background in sophisticated office leasing is particularly attractive.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Significant commercial leasing experience, including landlord and tenant side matters

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $340,000–$360,000, with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
