Service Dept. Billing Clerk

Parkway Ford is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Service Dispatcher / Billing Clerk to support daily operations in our Service Department. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient shop flow while ensuring accurate and timely service billing and invoicing. Key Responsibilities * Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on availability, skill level, and workload * Review, prepare, and process service repair orders for billing * Verify labor times, parts charges, and documentation for accuracy * Ensure repair orders are properly completed, invoiced, and closed * Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and management * Maintain accurate records within the dealership management system (DMS) Qualifications * Previous automotive dealership or service department experience preferred * Strong attention to detail, especially with billing and documentation * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable using DMS and standard computer applications * Dependable, professional, and team-oriented What We Offer * Competitive pay based on experience
