Senior Business Litigation Attorney

Our rapidly growing law firm seeks a complex litigation powerhouse with five to ten (5-10) years of experience to handle partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, international litigation, crypto litigation, international arbitration, and trust and estate litigation involving business interests.

What you’ll do:

· Represent clients in the following practice areas: business transactions, and business litigation.

· Develop and execute case strategy, including early case assessment, discovery, motion planning, and trial preparation.

· Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.

· Contribute to business development initiatives and foster client relationships.

· Supervise, train, and review the work of junior associates and law clerks; help manage case teams efficiently.

What you bring:

• You are admitted to and in good standing with the CA State Bar.
• 5-10 years of experience in complex business litigation, including partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, international litigation, crypto litigation, international arbitration, and trust and estate litigation involving business interests.
• Substantial experience with law and motion practice, drafting motions, and handling discovery.
• You have a proactive, team-oriented approach to case management and client relations.
• Strong courtroom presence, oral advocacy skills, and comfort arguing motions.

· You have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic.

The Fine Print.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year

Work Location: In-person in Irvine, but with the option to work from home every Wednesday, after your 90-day probationary period ends.
