Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living activities. Support individuals in achieving personal goals, building independence, and participating in meaningful community activities. Provide companionship, encouragement, emotional support, and person-centered care that promotes dignity and respect. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment while following individualized support plans and goals. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Compassionate Dependable Patient Team-Oriented Service-Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Required: Must be at least 18 years of age Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or GED required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred: Experience in healthcare, human services, psychology, education, nursing, social work, caregiving, or related fields Schedule Full-Time Flexible schedule based on program needs Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required Additional shifts may be available based on program needs Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed Ability to provide physical assistance and hands-on support when necessary Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Apply Today Some jobs pay the bills.
