Rental Contracts Specialist – Sleep & Respiratory Care Location: Murrysville, PA Your Role Check and validate sales order data upon receipt to guarantee accuracy and completeness. Add relevant data and enter order details into the computer system, determining the delivery date with precision. Provide prompt confirmation of the order to the customer, clearly communicating the confirmed delivery date. Monitor sales order flow, focusing on managing exceptions and promptly addressing issues to maintain smooth operations. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or uncertainties, maintaining clean and accurate sales order records. Maintain continuous oversight of sales orders from creation to delivery and invoicing, ensuring timely completion. Generate comprehensive monthly reports on order receipt to support informed decision‑making and process improvement. Execute tasks such as creating approved product return orders, processing credits and debits, and facilitating information exchange with internal stakeholders regarding delivery time changes. You're The Right Fit 2+ years of experience in customer service, continuous improvement initiatives, or related business processes. Telephone communication skills, customer problem resolution experience, and proven ability to solve non‑routine product, pricing, and shipping issues related to current products and customer contract issues. Strong Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP experience required. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation. Work Setting This is an office role requiring full‑time presence at Philips facilities, at least 3 days per week in‑person. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $18.39 to $29.42 per hour (Murrysville, PA). Base pay may vary within the posted range depending on experience, skills, business needs, location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives.
