Infusion Therapy Nurse

Job Description Coordinates the total Plan of Care for the patient in the Home Care setting. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Provides leadership for the Health Care team by working cooperatively with other team members to maintain standards of professional nursing practice. Location : Home Care-CATT/Algny, Olean, NY. Work Type : Full-Time. Shift : 1. Responsibilities Coordinate the total Plan of Care for patients in the Home Care setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Lead the Health Care team and collaborate with team members to uphold nursing practice standards. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Registered Nursing. Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in NYS. Valid NYS driver's license. 1-5 years of relevant experience, including at least one year of medical/surgical experience as an RN and one year of infusion experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare accurate, concise reports and delegate to LPNs and home health aides. Flexibility, organizational skills, and sound judgment. Working Conditions Department: VNA Cattaraugus. Standard Hours: 80.25 hours bi‑weekly. Weekend/Holiday requirement: Yes. On‑call required: Yes. Scheduled work hours: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Work arrangement: Onsite. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $43.49 – $54.26 per hour (Bi‑weekly). Wage will be determined based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, internal equity, and applicable collective bargaining agreement.
