ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with the Turbeville Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to commute to Nolensville, TN
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Nolensville and borders Nashville, Franklin, Smyrna and Brentwood..
• Our office is open 9AM - 5PM.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2020.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a proud graduate of University of Central Arkansas.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
