Sales Executive

Sales ExecutiveCity Wide Facility Solutions of West LA is actively seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our talented team. In this position, you will be responsible for new business development in a highly competitive and sales-driven environment in the maintenance industry. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with the operations and sales team, the Sales Executive will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and career advancement within City Wide, a leader in the building maintenance industry. If you are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving sales, we want to hear from you!Essential functionsIdentify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in $1500+ sales per month.Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week and 250 phone calls, emails, and other sales activities each week.Utilize and manage the customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.Maintain and manage your Top 100 list in the CRM.Other duties as assigned.
