Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Newport Beach Country Club - Newport Beach, CA 92660 Salary Range: $26.00 - $26.00 Hourly Position Summary The Training & HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Club’s team member experience, with a primary focus on onboarding, training coordination, and program execution. This position ensures that new and existing team members are set up for success through organized, consistent, and engaging training initiatives, while also providing general administrative support to Human Resources. The role thrives in a high-end hospitality environment and supports the Club’s commitment to Members First, Make Improvements, and Model Operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes Support the execution of the Club’s onboarding program and training initiatives Schedule, track, and maintain records for training and required programs Assist with the coordination and delivery of onboarding and departmental training Help create and organize training materials, presentations, and internal resources Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications Serve as a point of contact for team member questions and provide general support Assist with day-to-day HR administrative needs Schedule & Physical Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Ability to walk the property for extended periods, including conducting tours and supporting training across multiple departments Ability to stand, move, and remain active throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds (training supplies, onboarding materials, etc.) Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on training and operational needs What We’re Looking For A team-oriented individual who enjoys supporting others, with strong organizational skills, follow-through, and accuracy.
