HR Compliance & Data Analytics Coordinator
Foundation Building Materials
Foundation Building Materials is seeking a Human Resources Compliance Coordinator responsible for ensuring compliance with California’s meal and rest break laws, along with federal, state, and local ordinance labor poster requirements. This role includes monitoring compliance metrics, conducting audits, and supporting various department initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
