PRIVATE COMPANION FOR ELDERLY COUPLE -GROSSE ILE, MI 4 days, 40 hours/ 10 hour Day Shift $80-90,000+ Must work Saturday & Sunday & 2 other days Medical Benefits and 401K offered! Kind, patient, and dependable companion needed for a respectful elderly couple, with one experiencing early-stage dementia. Schedule: 4 day/week, 10-hour shifts (Saturday, Sunday, plus Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday) Responsibilities: Provide warm, calm companionship and reassurance Prepare a simple breakfast and reheat pre-made lunch Offer medication and other reminders as needed Assist with locating hearing aids and personal items Help maintain a smooth, relaxed daily routine Qualifications: Experience working with seniors, particularly those with dementia, preferred Patient, compassionate, and emotionally mature Professional, discreet, and highly dependable Reliable transportation and non-smoker Compensation: $35-40/hour, based on experience plus great benefits including 401K 10 hours of OT paid for 40 hour week/4 days We are seeking local candidates already living within a reasonable distance to Grosse Ile. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harper Associates
