Imaging Supervisor
Virtual Vocations Inc
Responsible for overseeing the imaging process, the full-time Imaging Supervisor will manage team operations, ensure service-level agreement compliance, and enhance processes while working onsite. Key responsibilities Monitor operations of the imaging team and approve time cards and time off requests Collect and verify daily data counts, reporting on status and issues through management reports Identify process gaps and ensure departmental policies and procedures are updated and followed Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of prior office services experience, preferably in a mortgage-related field Considerable knowledge of workflow processes Proven leadership and management skills to motivate and train staff Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
