We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.Location: Charlotte Hall Facility 30007 Business Center Drive, Charlotte Hall, MarylandHourly Rate: RN: $35 - $41/hour LPN: $28 - $35/hourShift: Day Position Type: Part TimeEssential Duties and Responsibilities for RN/LPN:Instruct and guide LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments.Complete initial Nursing Assessments for new admissions.Administer medications according to protocols.Implement and deliver detox protocols effectively.Conduct COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients as per protocol.Provide medication education to clients, ensuring understanding of their treatments.Coordinate with medical providers for initial assessments and medication management appointments.Maintain medical equipment in proper working order while ensuring confidentiality and appropriate boundaries.Perform other duties as assigned.Licensure, Education, & Experience:Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification.Employment Information:Due to the nature of behavioral healthcare work and our commitment to ensuring client safety, candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances.
