What You’ll Do Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every guest who walks through our doors. Manage seating efficiently to ensure smooth flow and minimal wait times. Maintain an organized host stand and accurate waitlist using reservation tools. Serve as the information center for the restaurant—answering questions and assisting guests with a positive attitude. Communicate effectively with servers and management to optimize guest satisfaction. Deliver a lasting positive impression by thanking guests and inviting them back. What We’re Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality and genuine love for hospitality. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stay composed and courteous in a busy environment. No experience necessary — we’ll train the right person with the right attitude!
