Working remotely with a preference for West Coast hours, the full-time Service Scheduler will coordinate and optimize schedules for Field Service Engineers, balancing customer needs and workforce availability to ensure efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities: Coordinating and assigning work orders to Field Service Engineers based on scope and required skill sets Partnering with internal stakeholders to align resources and priorities for service delivery Monitoring scheduling exceptions and adjusting assignments to meet service demands and timelines Required qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or project coordination 2+ years of experience in customer service and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment Experience coordinating schedules, projects, or resources across multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
