Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will ensure a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the services and facilities offered.
- Answer phone calls, direct calls, and manage reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints in a polite and effective manner.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Associate or in a similar role preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and reservation software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
