Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector – Electrical / Mechanical Location: San Jose, CA We're looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to support receiving, in-process, and final inspections of electrical components, electronic assemblies, PCBs, and mechanical components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of electrical components, electronic assemblies, PCBs, and mechanical components. Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify product conformance. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision hand inspection tools. Complete First Article Inspections (FAIs) and document inspection results. Identify and document nonconformances while partnering with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve quality issues. Support inspection planning, quality documentation, and continuous process improvements. Required Qualifications 5+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace, electronics, medical device, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment. Experience performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections. Strong experience interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and tolerances. Hands-on experience using microscopes, calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, pin gauges, and height gauges. Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAIs). Experience documenting nonconformances and inspection results. Ability to work cross-functionally with Manufacturing and Engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications IPC-A-610 certification (or ability to obtain). IPC/WHMA-A-620 experience. Working knowledge of GD&T. Experience with SAP or other MES systems. Aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
