Warehouse Palletizer
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Warehouse Palletizer to join a production team in Charlotte, NC. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that supplies the region's favorite drinks, this is the spot for you.
Pay Rate
$15.95/hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday- Friday
11:00pm-7:00am
Warehouse Palletizer Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep it Stacked: Safely and efficiently stack boxes of soda cans onto pallets according to specific layout patterns.
- Wrap & Ready: Secure completed pallets (shrink-wrapping) so they are perfectly prepped for the shipping dock.
- Quality Check: Keep an eye out for any damaged packaging to ensure only the best product goes out the door.
- Team Up: Maintain a clean, safe workstation and coordinate with machine operators and material handlers to keep production flowing smoothly.
Warehouse Palletizer Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift boxes of soda (up to 30–35 lbs consistently) throughout your shift.
- A strong work ethic with an eye for detail to ensure stable, well-built pallets.
- Showing up on time, showing up consistently, and ready to support your team is a must.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
