Radiology Technologist I (Xray Technologist)

555 Middlefield Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94301 Job Summary In the role of a Radiology Technologist I at Sollis Health, you will be responsible for operating our X‑ray equipment, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience for patients with radiology needs, welcoming members at the front desk, and supporting our medical teams as needed. You will also be trained and certified to run lab testing in a moderate‑to‑complex lab. Work Hours Full Time – 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (40 hours per week) Responsibilities Receiving and reviewing the physician's request for radiographic procedures and identifying the patient prior to conducting scans Performing x‑rays on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures Producing films of the X‑ray and providing them to the requesting physician Ensuring images are legibly labelled with correct date and patient identification Monitoring the patient's well‑being, recognizing patient discomfort or medical problems, and taking appropriate action Running laboratory tests on our moderate‑to‑complex machines and assisting with routine quality controls and other lab requirements Utilizing our EMR for scheduling, patient intake, registration updates, scanning documentation, and entering detailed information about patients while ensuring HIPAA compliance Entering membership leads and updating patient information in our CRM Salesforce Keeping the office and clinic clean, presentable, and in accordance with Sollis brand standards; distributing mail and facilitating mailing items to members Checking inventory, ensuring rooms have adequate supplies, restocking where needed, and partnering with the inventory coordinator to order supplies as necessary Greeting members/patients and ensuring they receive a high‑level of customer service Scheduling follow‑up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations, or house calls Answering the Sollis medical hotline as needed and directing patients to the appropriate team members for care, billing questions, or other needs Preparing house‑call bags and scheduling appointments as requested Being able to lift up to 75 lbs as the second assistant for Coterie patients who are unable to assist themselves if they have fallen Performing other job‑related duties as assigned Experience Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program (required) Current California State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (required) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration (required) At least 1 year of experience utilizing X‑ray technology Strong organizational and project‑management skills; comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets (imperative) Skills Outstanding customer‑service skills and a high level of professionalism Tech‑forward and process‑oriented, aiming to make patient care more efficient Comfortable interfacing with high‑profile clientele Enjoying a diverse and fast‑paced work environment Being a team player Being self‑motivated with keen attention to detail and solid organization/time‑management skills Treating highly confidential information with care and discretion Developing rapport in all relationships Being flexible, tactful, and patient, especially under pressure Possessing positivity, enthusiasm, and commitment to the goals at hand Benefits & Compensation 401(k) with 3% match Accrued PTO and generous sick time 12 observed holidays Free Sollis Health membership for employee and eligible family members Employee stock‑option offerings Modern, elegant, high‑end work environment Range: $50‑$60 per hour (Northern California) Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Sollis Health (the “Company”) is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer, and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to actual and/or perceived: race; color; national origin; religion; age; sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and related medical conditions); gender identity or expression (including transgender status); sexual orientation; disability (mental and physical); atypical hereditary cellular or blood trait or genetic information (including family medical history); military and veteran status; participation in legally protected conduct or making a complaint relating to unlawful conduct; and any other characteristic or conduct protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
