This position is currently remote, with future plans to return to in-person operations at our Manhattan office in Midtown. Access to reliable Wi-Fi/internet is required.

This position reports directly to the Client Success Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our customers, ensuring their success on our platform and providing an open channel of communication for questions, feedback, and issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as point-person for troubleshooting and fielding customer and talent inquiries (e.g., questions, complaints, escalated issues as appropriate)
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Product, Management) to address customers' needs
• Maintain accurate customer records and support ongoing data operations

• Assist Sales team by identifying up-selling and/or cross-selling opportunities
• Execute targeted campaigns to maintain customer satisfaction and provide proactive support
• Recommend new strategies to improve customer retention

• Track key account metrics for self-service platform customers (e.g., success KPIs)
• Report customer feedback and collaborate with Product team to continually evolve solutions

Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a customer service or account management role (e.g., Client Relations, Customer Service Department, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field — or equivalent work experience
• A proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals
• A positive, customer-oriented attitude
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: Salary ($52,500.00 - $57,500.00)
