Recruiter

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Recruiter with a manufacturing industry known for its innovative products and commitment to quality. This is an immediate need at a union manufacturing facility, supporting the full cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing and production roles.  The role reports directly to the onsite team and collaborates with HR representatives and supporting recruiters from corporate. This Recruiter will own the recruiting process independently, demonstrating organization and speed in a high-volume setting, with a focus on speed, organization, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting activities, including calling, screening, calendaring, and attending on-site interview days.

• Coordinate the interview process by gathering client feedback and ensuring timely communication.

• Support the hiring process for roles such as Packagers and Machine Operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Drive the workflow independently while collaborating with onsite HR and supporting recruiters remotely.

• Utilize organizational skills and high-volume experience to meet urgent staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or manufacturing setting.

• Ability to quickly jump in, make calls, and seek out feedback efficiently.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate fast-paced, high-volume hiring efforts.
