Airport Performance Manager (F9) - DEN

Job Summary Responsible for ensuring the daily airport operation runs in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner, as well as overseeing and coordinating team activities to create a safe, reliable, efficient, and effective operation. Job Duties Develop, maintain, and oversee shift schedules, workstation assignments, training, and overtime management while ensuring optimal staffing levels. Communicate effectively with the Duty Manager regarding operational challenges, resource needs, and service performance. Conduct daily shift briefings and debriefings to align goals, address issues, and reinforce safety and service standards. Oversee and support employee administration tasks including attendance, payroll accuracy, and performance documentation. Investigate service failures, safety concerns, or operational shortfalls; report findings and recommend corrective actions to the Duty Manager. Perform regular safety and compliance audits to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and client requirements. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and positive leadership. Collaborate with other departments to improve communication, streamline operations, and enhance customer satisfaction while developing healthy work relationships bonding with customer airlines. Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards. Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Company's Fair and Just Culture Policy. Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position. Qualifications High School diploma, GED or equivalent education. Must be at least 18 years of age. Possess a valid Driving License. Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements. Preferred Qualification Two years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry. Physical requirements Must be able to frequently lift, move up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend. Working conditions Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime. Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
