Established in 1958 as industrial consultants focused on controlling sound and vibration, Kinetics now produces the industry's largest selection of innovative products and solutions to control airborne noise, isolate structure-borne vibration, enhance room acoustics, create quiet spaces, and restrain non-structural building systems.We are looking to fill an Inside Sales / Project Manager position in our manufacturing facility located in Dublin, OH.Job DescriptionIn this role you will sell a range of acoustic products to support our nationwide sales force, architects and contractors by suggesting and delivering the right product solutions to meet customer needs. You will play an integral role in achieving the company goals by efficiently and effectively supporting the outside sales team and our customer base by driving product sales growth and territory development by implementing and executing on sales goalsWhat you will be responsible for in this role:Perform takeoffs, as required, from sketches, blueprints, & for the purpose of generating estimates.Produce orders for submission to production. Coordinate with engineering, customer service, purchasing, and manufacturing as required.Work with the sales team and marketing on development of interiors products, sales literature, and website development.Actively participate and develop new accounts, generate sales quotes, and handle customer inquiries to help service customers and grow businessProvide superior customer service by delivering products and services to meet or exceed customer expectationsBuild strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retentionActively engage Kinetics Noise Control team and resources regularly to provide a complete customer solution in order to capitalize on opportunitiesWork effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problemsFollow up on leads, opportunities and quotesClose deals with the team, turn quotes into orders, value and conversion sellingSupport targeted marketing actions, campaigns and external eventsPrepare customer quotes and process ordersYou have a drive for sales and are passionate about customer service with impeccable follow up; experience in selling Industrial Equipment/Products helpful with an innate ability to turn quotes into orders. You're a problem solver with a creative/design mentality to be able to address knowledge of our customers challenges and how our products fix them. A background or familiarity with acoustics is a big plus!QualificationsYou have a drive for sales and are passionate about customer service with impeccable follow up; experience in selling Industrial Equipment/Products helpful with an innate ability to turn quotes into orders. You're a problem solver with a creative/design mentality to be able to address knowledge of our customers challenges and how our products fix them.
