What You'll Do

As a valued member of our team, you'll:

• Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
• Perform assessments, periodontal charting, and oral health screenings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and long-term health
• Build trust and lasting relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to create exceptional patient experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve patient health through proactive care and education
• Help patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness

What We're Looking For

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for patient care and preventive dentistry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuing education
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow

Monday thru Friday , 6 hour days
Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

Compensation

$42-$48 per hour Plus $5000 SIGN ON
