Project Manager
A growing commercial general contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of healthcare, multifamily, industrial, distribution, and commercial construction projects throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and surrounding region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a variety of project types rather than being limited to a single market. Projects range from smaller occupied renovations to large industrial expansions and multifamily developments. The company offers a collaborative culture, flexible work environment, and long-term growth with a stable pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
- Track project costs and maintain financial performance
- Conduct regular jobsite visits while maintaining strong client communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Experience managing complex project types
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
- Able to travel throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and occasional Central New Jersey projects
