Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) / CPR certification required.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience required. Candidates without inpatient rehab experience will not be considered.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred; facility is transitioning to Meditech Expanse.
• Ability and willingness to float to other rehab sites if census is low.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on a 23-bed inpatient rehab unit or similar setting.
• Caseload management experience (typical caseload 4–6 patients).
• Flexible and adaptable team player with passion for rehabilitation.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Rotating weekends required.
• Unit: 2nd floor, 2N Rehab Unit. Typical caseload 4–6 patients.
• Scrub color: Navy.
