About the Company Our client is a well-established leader in the distribution industry and looking to add a go-getter to their accounting team Work from home 2 days a week Hands‑on position with the opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff Casual, boots‑and‑jeans work environment with a team‑oriented culture Strong culture with a family feel and a collaborative leadership team Clear path for advancement as the company continues to scale Salary $80,000–$90,000 Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant Supervise daily accounting activities, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations Support month‑end and year‑end close processes Review the work of accounting staff and provide coaching and direction Assist with financial reporting and internal controls Partner with leadership on process improvements and special projects Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across accounting activities Qualifications for the Senior Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
