Description WRG, a full-service water restoration and construction company (water, mold, asbestos, construction, and fire) is looking to hire a full-time Technician. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responds to emergency calls when dispatched. Ensure customer satisfaction during the entire time spent in every job. Ensure that customers know that we believe in providing impeccable service with honesty and integrity for every job that we do. Arrive in a timely manner upon receipt of schedule to each job. Ensure job needs are being met to industry standards, efficiently and using the required labor, equipment, and materials. Attend bi‑weekly meetings with your team. Ensure that work site safety is met by using the proper procedures and equipment. Obtain necessary documentation for jobs (e.g., Work Auth, Timesheets, Tick sheets, etc.). Properly clock in and out on time management software for attendance. Maintain and clean company vehicles and report any damages. Keep the project manager informed of progress or of any issues that arise. Assist the crew chief and team leader with loading up the vehicle for the scheduled workday. Assist the crew chief with taking photos and note recording in dash and encircle (software). Use encircle (software) by filling out time sheets and tick sheets if needed. Documentation/Software Responsibilities Make updates accordingly of jobs in software. Clock in and out according to job‑designated software. Take photos and record in designated software accordingly. Upload all documents and update information into the software after job visit. Maintain constant communication with customers and management. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work long hours, use equipment, climb ladders, go up and down stairs, perform demolition, use hand tools, and carry up to 50 pounds. The employee will be required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to talk and listen, have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills, and work in all types of weather and environments.
