As a leading general contractor specializing in residential and commercial construction services, we offer a dynamic work environment where you can grow and thrive.

Daily Responsibilities:

Manage submittals and change orders
Oversee construction management and project execution
Collaborate with sub-contractors, architectural design team and installation teams
Ensure long-term disability and estimating compliance
Resolve specifications and project management issues

Required Skills:

Strong project management skills
Experience in construction management
Ability to develop and execute project strategies
Excellent negotiation and procurement skills
Knowledge of construction and cost management
Proficiency in Structural Steel Framework
Experience in Residential Construction
Knowledge of General Construction
Ability to interpret Construction Drawings

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with forecasting and reimbursement
Background in engineering and proposal writing
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $80,000.00

Maximum Salary: $98,000.00

Benefits: Paid Time Off
