About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Workforce Management to lead the execution and optimization of workforce practices across its service organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the right resources are deployed at the right time to meet service level, productivity, and employee experience objectives. This role involves developing and leading the workforce management strategy, owning the operations related to scheduling, real-time management, and performance monitoring, and driving the achievement of service performance goals. The VP will also be tasked with establishing performance metrics, collaborating with various leaders to support business priorities, and leading continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality and productivity. Candidates for this role at the company should be strong collaborators, data-driven, and possess deep expertise in workforce management, scheduling, and real-time operations. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required, along with at least 12 years of experience in workforce management or related functions, and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an influential communicator, and have a proven track record of driving service performance in multi-channel environments. Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries, as well as a background in implementing automation and AI-enabled workforce solutions, is preferred. The role demands a leader who can build and develop a high-performing team, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and ensure operational excellence.
