• Assist with due diligence, data room organization, and transaction execution

• Collaborate with senior bankers and sector specialists on client strategy and deal workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation techniques
