You are out in the community — attending gallery openings, creative events, and business mixers — and you know how to have a real conversation that leads to a real partnership. What You'll Do Identify and pursue prospective clients in the Twin Cities creative and small business community Conduct outreach via email, social media, events, and referral networks Attend local events such as Northrup King Building open studios and Twin Cities arts gatherings Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with potential clients Prepare and deliver proposals tailored to each prospect Follow up consistently and move prospects through the pipeline Develop and manage strategic partnerships Close new accounts and hand off cleanly to Client Success What We're Looking For Relationship building Local market knowledge Prospecting Proposal writing Closing Networking Nice to Have Existing network in the Twin Cities arts or small business community Experience selling creative or marketing services Familiarity with the Northrup King Building ecosystem #J-18808-Ljbffr
