Human Resources Administrator

LHH

LHH is seeking an experienced Human Resources Admin Assistant in Union City, GA. This role will support senior leadership and help keep daily HR operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, procurement, and vendor communications
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain records, tracking tools, and departmental resources
  • Support special projects, meetings, and events
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and reporting tools

Qualifications:

  • Several years of administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
