Director of People Operations

We are a fast-growing, tech-enabled healthcare provider delivering primary and urgent care services across 15 locations in Georgia. The Director of People Operations will play a critical role in strengthening and scaling the company’s people strategy during a period of rapid growth and operational evolution. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution across a multi-site healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: People Operations & Organizational Effectiveness Performance Management & Employee Engagement HR Business Partnership HR Operations & Compliance Compensation & Benefits: $130,000–$150,000 $10,000 sign-on bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Opportunity to shape and scale a growing organization Required Qualifications: 6–10+ years of progressive experience in people operations, HR business partnership, organizational effectiveness, or related HR leadership roles Experience in healthcare services, healthcare technology, multi-site healthcare operations, or similarly complex service environments Strong operational, analytical, and project management skills Proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution Demonstrated success building cross-functional relationships and influencing leaders Experience supporting performance management, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives Strong judgment, communication skills, and ability to navigate complex people situations Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications: Experience with performance management platforms such as Leapsome or similar tools Experience supporting both frontline/clinic and corporate employee populations Background in private equity-backed, high-growth, or tech-enabled organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
