Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough respiratory assessments. Administer appropriate therapies and treatments. Manage and operate ventilators effectively. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapies. Document all aspects of patient care accurately. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to create and modify treatment plans. Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and the use of related equipment. Uphold clinical quality, safety, and infection control standards in a patient-focused environment. Qualifications and Requirements Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license. Experience in various respiratory care settings is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
