Responsible for cost, schedule, and quality of a customer or internally funded project. Acts as the customer primary point of contact and must have excellent technical management and communications skills. Has matrixed resources that indirectly report and have functional responsibilities that include but may not be limited to engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
