It’s a career where you have the support, balance, and resources to make a positive impact on the future – including your own.We’re actively seeking a talented Agile Marketing Program Manager to join our Marketing Strategy team within the Consumer Markets Division (CMD) in Newport Beach CA.How you’ll help move us forward:Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives, from intake through deliveryPartner with campaign managers, strategists, team leads and stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, campaign milestones and outcomesMonitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues when needed, and keep work movingAgile Facilitation & Team EnablementAct as a Scrum Master and Agile coach for marketing teamsFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including campaign huddles, working groups, stand-ups, campaign prioritization, refinement, and retrospectivesFoster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountabilityHelp teams clarify ownership, surface issues early, make decisions, and maintain momentumStakeholder & Communication ManagementBring structure and clear next steps to complex work, competing priorities, and open decisionsEnsure alignment and transparency throughout the campaign lifecycleProvide clear and concise updates to marketing leadership on progress, priorities, risks, blockers, milestones, and outcomesBuild trust with cross-functional partners through strong facilitation, follow-through, transparency, and professional communicationProcess Optimization & Workflow ManagementDesign and improve workflows to enhance efficiency, visibility, and team effectivenessLead intake and prioritization processes for new marketing campaign initiativesCreate and maintain campaign documentation, decision logs, action trackers, and campaign status viewsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce friction, and scale campaign execution best practicesTools, Reporting & VisibilityBuild and manage workflows in tools such as Adobe Workfront and Monday.comDevelop dashboards and reporting to track campaign progress, metrics, and campaign performanceMaintain campaign roadmaps and provide visibility into key initiatives and launchesThe experience you bring:Experience leading marketing campaigns, programs, or initiatives in an Agile or hybrid environmentBackground as an Agile Marketing Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, Marketing Scrum Master, or similar facilitation-focused roleProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive executionStrong facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced work environments​Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront or Monday.comStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches) and how to apply them flexiblyExcellent communicator with the ability to engage both team members and senior stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to bring structure, clarity, and alignment to complex initiativesWhat makes you stand out:Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated industriesCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced CSMPMP (Project Management Professional)Advanced experience configuring or optimizing Monday.com workflows and automationsBase Pay Range:The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
