As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Reporting in Houston, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier commercial real estate location. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report unusual activity, and provide welcoming customer service to tenants and visitors. You’ll contribute to a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, collaboration, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial office buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
• Document patrol findings and incidents through clear, accurate activity reports and promptly notify designated personnel of concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
