What This Role Entails You will be the primary owner of GeoCentral’s marketplace performance. That includes managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, optimizing listings, improving conversion rates, and driving sales growth month over month. You will oversee the company’s presence on Faire and other wholesale marketplaces, ensuring product content, pricing, promotions, and customer engagement align with growth goals. This role requires strong analytical skills — you will regularly review sales data, traffic trends, profitability, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations. You will collaborate with external agencies, manage digital merchandising across company websites, and build reporting dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into performance. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where your decisions directly influence revenue. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central performance. Grow sales through Faire and additional marketplace and wholesale channels. Partner with and manage external agencies to maximize digital performance. Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, profitability, and customer behavior to identify opportunities. Create and optimize product listings, content, images, and digital merchandising. Maintain and enhance product content across company websites. Develop reporting dashboards and KPI scorecards for leadership. Recommend pricing, promotional, and advertising strategies. Improve customer retention and repeat purchase behavior. Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital platforms. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of e‑commerce, marketplace, or digital sales experience. Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to interpret data and make strategic business recommendations. Experience working with third‑party agencies. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. Content creation and digital merchandising experience preferred.
