Senior Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Analyst - Healthcare Analytics will analyze medical and pharmacy claims to develop data products, resolve data issues, and enhance analytics workflows using SQL and Python. Key responsibilities: Analyze medical and pharmacy claims to develop and maintain data products supporting pricing, quality, and compliance tools Apply advanced models and queries to resolve data issues and improve internal analytics tools and workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and sustain complex code and workflows while monitoring data quality Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 7+ years of experience in data analysis, including 3 years with healthcare claims data Advanced SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets Strong Python programming skills, including experience with data analysis libraries Experience with distributed data processing platforms and cloud-based data environments
