ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of 15. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Personal Banker with Wells Fargo, helping customers with business accounts, investments, and retirement planning. I graduated from James Madison University, am married with two children, and enjoy spending time with my family.

Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm a member of the Portsmouth Service League and Van Lefcoe Leadership Alumni, and I enjoy supporting organizations that make a positive impact in our local community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Beth Holland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
