Activity Assistant (CNA) Job Description:

This person will lead activities with our residents. The right person will also be able to drive our facility bus to assist residents to go to and from external activities. A sincere passion to work with seniors is a must. Experience with Memory Care is a plus.

Requirements of the Activity Assistant (CNA):

• High School graduate or equivalent
• CNA Certification
• Previous experience in a social or recreational program preferred
• Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment
• Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Must be approachable, flexible and adaptable to change
• Must have a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a Level II Background Test
• Weekend and Holiday availability is required

Experience:

1 year (Preferred)
