The Role and Why It's Important The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of Hy-Vee's marketing initiatives, coordinating promotions, managing digital and in-store marketing efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly. This role keeps campaigns organized and on schedule so that our stores, partners, and customers experience consistent, timely marketing. What You'll Do Marketing Campaign Coordination Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including weekly promotions, seasonal specials, and in-store events Coordinate with vendors, creative teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign execution Schedule key milestone meetings for campaign planning and content planning Support the development of marketing materials Promotions and In-Store Marketing Coordinate in-store signage, displays, and promotional materials to enhance the customer shopping experience Work closely with local marketing coordinators to ensure alignment and execution Compile campaign execution for communication to stores Company Events and Meetings Assist with marketing for company-wide meetings and events Tracking and Reporting Maintain project schedules and communicate timelines to key stakeholders Create and maintain OneDrive folder structure for shared documents (to be accessed by internal and external partners) and ensure all documents related to a campaign are housed in an organized, centralized location Actively monitor projects to keep statuses up to date for department-level reporting; responsible for the accuracy of work completion within Monday.com Prepare documentation for and lead regular (weekly) project status meetings to ensure stakeholders are aware of and achieving key milestones, raising open questions and concerns Your Skills Commitment to the Hy-Vee mission and a willingness to promote the company's values Growth mindset, results orientation, customer focus, and professionalism Detail oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Excellent leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines Experience in campaign design and management, with strong project management skills Ability to communicate effectively with stores, suppliers/vendors, and the general public Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including advertising rates, pricing information, and store sales Reporting Relationships Accountable and Reports to:

Director, Marketing Planning Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred An internship or one year of experience in marketing preferred Physical Requirements Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally Ability to operate standard office technology, including computers and telephones Ability to review and analyze documents and data on screen Ability to occasionally transport materials weighing up to 20 pounds (such as files, promotional materials, or office supplies) Ability to occasionally travel, including overnight stays Working Environment Work is primarily performed in an office environment, with frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
