BDR @ Ai for CS Startup

Role Description We're working with a high-growth Ai for Customer Support startup that's brought in over 600+ new customers in the last 12 months. We need 2 high-potential Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to lead outbound qualification and book new meetings. You've got to be a killer and ready to jump into SMB sales with complete ownership. This candidate needs to be based in San Diego, California and expect a hybrid work schedule for the Business Development Representative (BDR) position. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified sales leads through proactive outreach. Day-to-day tasks include managing outbound lead generation efforts, building relationships with prospective customers, and collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational revenue goals. The role requires effectively communicating value propositions and maintaining a deep understanding of the clients' services and industry trends.
