Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets (Only w2) Visa Type GC and USC Experience Required 10+ years overall, including a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the Capital Markets domain. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solutions that support capital markets operations and trading workflows. Prepare business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories. Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business needs. Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Required Skills Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in Capital Markets. Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements management tools.
