Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department while providing administrative and project support to senior leadership as needed. What You'll Do The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in a variety of HR functional areas, including:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and HR systems
• Strong in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database/system navigation
• Interested in benefits administration, employee programs, and event coordination
• Professional, collaborative, and service-minded
• Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within Human Resources Qualifications
- Benefits Administration
- Support employee benefit programs and enrollment processes
- Assist with benefits communication and employee inquiries
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire benefits orientation
- HRIS Administration
- Maintain and update employee information in HR systems
- Support data accuracy, reporting, and system administration activities
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Support training assignments, tracking, reporting, and system updates
- Assist with employee learning and development coordination
- HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Coordinate HR programs, activities, and special events
- Support onboarding and new hire experiences
- Provide administrative and project support to senior leadership as needed
- Assist with maintaining HR documentation, records, and compliance activities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and HR systems
• Strong in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database/system navigation
• Interested in benefits administration, employee programs, and event coordination
• Professional, collaborative, and service-minded
• Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within Human Resources Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
