Title of Job: Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician Location: Houston, TX CSI Companies is hiring a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Houston, TX (near the intersection of S Sam Houston Pkwy W and Hiram Clarke Rd). Job Summary
The Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician is primarily responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping medication orders while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. This role supports daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and administrative tasks to help maintain efficient pharmacy workflows. Pay : $20 - 25 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).

Status: Short Term Consultant. This is a short-term consulting opportunity offering the chance to gain experience with a Fortune 100 organization on high-impact initiatives. Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately Job Duties:

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship pharmacy orders in compliance with established procedures and State Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Ensure proper packaging of medications and supplies to maintain product integrity and patient safety
• Perform general warehouse operations, including maintaining a clean work area, assembling packaging materials, handling waste disposal, and processing returned equipment
• Support inventory management by receiving and unpacking shipments, stocking supplies, ensuring proper storage, and conducting physical inventory counts
• Assist with administrative and logistical tasks, including scanning documents, creating or correcting shipping labels, and coordinating shipments with mail and courier services
• Communicate patient-related questions or issues to pharmacy leadership in a timely manner
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational confidentiality and code of conduct policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active and unrestricted Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• National Certification with PTCB or PTCE required
• 1+ year experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Highly Preferred

• Large corporation experience
• Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
