URGENT: Sitter Wanted - Searching For A Reliable Sitter, Okay With Pets, 4 8 Hour Days, Flexible Scheduling.

I'm currently looking to hire 1-2 sitters for my toddler. Need to hire within the next week or so. Morning and afternoon availability is a requirement; overnights would be nice to have as well but not required as they are not needed nearly as often. Located in Dayton, TN, it is a pet friendly environment - Would prefer a sitter to come to my house, drop offs will still be considered depending on travel/location. Sitting will vairy from 4-8 hours depending on the day. Can be anywhere from 1-4 days a week. I do not pay hourly; I pay by day and always paid upon end of sitting time. Pay can be discussed upon hire. Little bit about my toddler: He is 2 years of age, full of energy, and slightly special needs. Very independent, loves to play with toys and be outside in the yard. He is a very picky eater, but all food and needs are provided. We are not yet potty trained but working on it, someone who is comfortable or has experience with that would be great! Little bit about myself: I am currently not working, but that will change in near future.
