This role focuses on system stability, batch processing, application performance, infrastructure support, and incident resolution across cloud and on-premise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, manage, and support Informatica PowerCenter, including mappings, workflows, jobs, and ETL processesAssess the impact of system upgrades and perform troubleshooting related to Informatica componentsIdentify and resolve system outages, installation issues, and application errors in Java-based applications running in AWSGenerate, install, and manage SSL certificates and PGP keysConfigure and manage batch schedules using Control-M or equivalent scheduling toolsRestore services and manage users, access controls, and governance processesConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot Red Hat JBoss, Fuse, Apache, and Tomcat serversPerform system troubleshooting by reviewing application and system logs using tools such as SplunkRead, understand, and enhance scripts related to applications, batch jobs, and web servicesWork with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins to automate code check-in and build processesMonitor and configure application performance and alerting toolsSupport production releases and ensure compliance with change management standardsPerform scheduled maintenance activities, including patching, tuning, and backupsExecute and monitor daily batch operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredPerform capacity planning and scalability analysisManage incidents and change requests using tools such as JIRA Service DeskParticipate in on-call and rotation-based shift coverageRequirementsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience performing Informatica PowerCenter operations, administration, or troubleshootingMinimum 3 years of experience as a batch operator using Control-M or equivalent toolsMinimum 2 years of experience working with PostgreSQL or similar database environmentsExperience supporting healthcare, insurance, or health and human services systemsDemonstrated analytical skills and experience working in complex system environmentsExperience with application and batch integrationFamiliarity with databases and SQL functionsStrong collaboration and communication skills across technical teamsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience supporting daily operations of complex enterprise systems5+ years of experience managing batch job configurations and schedulesExperience troubleshooting application issues in JBoss/Tomcat environments hosted on AWSExperience supporting large-scale infrastructure and providing risk mitigation recommendationsExperience configuring and managing Control-M or similar batch toolsExperience managing cloud-hosted web-based systemsWorking knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operationsUnderstanding of Java runtime concepts such as heap memory, garbage collection, and thread managementExperience working within structured project management and change control frameworksJob InformationJob Opening ID ZR_96_JOB Date Opened 02/05/2026 Job Opening Status In-progress Industry Technology Project Start Date 03/02/2026 Candidate Application Submission Deadline 02/16/2026 Job Type Full time Work Experience 5+ years City College Park State/Province Maryland Country United States Zip/Postal Code 20740
